Exchanges & Returns

We are wild about our products, and hope that you are too! But, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can return it for an exchange or refund (within 14 days of purchase). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same, original condition that you received it, and all hangtags are still attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you purchased any item through an authorized My Sunnies USA retailer, or through Amazon.com, please contact the seller – they will be able to help you!

If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased directly from My Sunnies USA (from our website, phone, or in person at an event), please follow the instructions below (within 14 days of your date of purchase):

  1. Please securely pack the item in a box (the box it arrived in should work perfectly!).
  2. Please include the original invoice and let us know of you want to Return or Exchange your item.
  3. Ship the package to: My Sunnies USA, 3440 Youngfield Street, #239, Wheat Ridge CO 80033. My Sunnies USA cannot replace any package that was lost or damaged during transit, so please ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do our best to process all exchanges / returns within 14 business days, but please be patient with us!

  • Products sold at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition with all hangtags still attached.
  • If you are interested in exchanging your original purchase for a different style, please fill out the Return / Exchange form and mail it with your return.
